These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website todaydtravels.com and any related services provided by TodayDTravels ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a query form, calling our toll-free number or making a booking through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TodayDTravels is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or representative of any airline, hotel, car rental company or other travel supplier. Our role is to act as your booking agent — we source, present and confirm travel itineraries on your behalf with the airline or supplier of your choice.
All flights, hotels and other travel products booked through us are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier providing them (the operating airline, the hotel chain, etc.). Once your booking is confirmed and the ticket is issued, the contract for the actual carriage or service is between you and that supplier.
A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and the airline (or other supplier) has issued the ticket and provided a booking reference. Until that point, fare quotes are indicative and subject to change.
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on the government-issued ID that will be used for travel. Errors in passenger names may result in the ticket being unusable, and corrections (where permitted by the airline) may incur fees.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all required travel documents — including passport, visa, transit visa where applicable, and any health or vaccination certificates required for entry. TodayDTravels accepts no responsibility for denied boarding or denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed via PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By providing your card details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount for the booking, service fees and any agreed change or cancellation fees.
TodayDTravels charges a service fee for processing each booking, change or cancellation. The exact service fee depends on the complexity of the itinerary, the airline, and the type of service requested. All service fees are disclosed verbally and in writing before payment is taken, and you must authorise the total amount (fare + taxes + fees + service charge) before we collect any payment.
Fares displayed on our website are indicative starting prices, based on the lowest fare class available at the time of our most recent search. Actual pricing is subject to live availability, airline fare class allocations, ancillary fees, taxes and surcharges. The fare displayed on our website is not a guarantee of the fare you will pay. Final pricing is confirmed by our agent before any payment is collected.
Airlines may change fares at any time without notice. Currency conversions, where applicable, are based on rates at the time of search and may differ from the rate applied at the time of payment.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the service fees paid by you to TodayDTravels for the booking that gave rise to the claim.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase travel insurance to cover risks including trip cancellation, medical expenses abroad, baggage loss, and trip interruption. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveller.
All content on todaydtravels.com — including text, images, logos, design and code — is the property of TodayDTravels or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of our website without our prior written permission.
Airline logos, trade names and trademarks that appear on our website are the property of the respective airlines. We display them solely for the purpose of identifying the airline operating a given flight.
